Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila Football Club is a South African football club based in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. The club purchased the National First Division status of Milano United F.C. in July 2017. The club had previously played in the ABC Motsepe League.

Milano won promotion to the National First Division in July 2012 after winning the 2011-12 Western Cape Vodacom League stream and winning three games at the playoffs stage.[2] On August 1, 2017, it was confirmed that Milano United FC sold their NFD (the second tier of South Africa football) club status to Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC
